Provide real-time, readily available tools and resources for the athletes in crisis and non-crisis situations. Establish a long-term trustworthy and honest relationship with the athletes, their families, and their teams. Provide ongoing, 24/7 mentorship, and crisis management service to the customer. Pledge a commitment and partnership to the athlete that is centered on our core values of Honesty, Trust, and Commitment. EAT TPR INC goals are to teach and prepare our customers for the expected short and long term pitfalls in life. Our exceptional staff work to educate, train, and mentor our clients about the reality of dealing with success and failure. We empower our clients to take proactive actions that will positively affect their lives now and in the future. We equip them with the knowledge to make the right decisions when confronted with potential problems and life issues. Our staff work to teach our clients how to maintain a healthy and productive lifestyle in a stressful environment that is surrounded by cameras and publicity.

About The CEO
Shelton Bryant is the founder and owner of Empowering Athletes to take Personal Responsibility Incorporation. He is a retired Naval Cryptologic Technician Technical Chief (CTTC), who unselfishly dedicated 20 years of his life protecting our country. During his tenure in the Navy, Chief Bryant served as an Intelligence Analyst, and terrorist tracker. Additionally, he served as a Drug and Alcohol Program Advisor (DAPA), Financial Manager, and a Sexual Assault Victim Advocate (SAVA). While working in the capacity as a DAPA, Financial Manager, and SAVA, Chief Bryant provided invaluable counseling and mentorship to hundreds of sailors and soldiers at his seven Naval Commands. He provided training and real-time feedback to Naval Commanders to enable the Navy and its Naval Commanders to successfully manage their Command. Chief Bryant acquired several life-long skill sets that have motivated and enabled him to develop this program toward the improvement of our young athlete’s personal life skills.
Chief Bryant was also an accomplished athlete and coach himself. He was a 2x High School Wrestling State Champion, and he played high school football and ran High School Track. After high school, Chief Bryant Wrestled for the US Naval Team and played semi-professional football with the New Orleans General in 1989 (Mobile Alabama). Additionally, he played international American Football with the Edinburg Raiders 1992-1994, where he received MVP honors in 1993, in the Scottish and England Division II American Football league.
As a coach, Chief Bryant served as an Assistant Wrestling coach for Kinnick High
School in Japan from 2001-2003. During his tenure as an Assistant Coach, the Kinnick High School Wrestling Team posted two undefeated seasons and won two consecutive Far East High Wrestling Team and Individual Champions Titles. As a Coach in California, Chief Bryant unselfishly served at three “at-risk” underprivileged high schools in the San Diego and Los Angeles area. There he mentored 27 wrestlers on the fundamentals of sportsmanship and life issues.
